Elgin Community College nursing student Jessica Bobda has always known she wanted to go into medicine, with several family members leading by example. Her aunt is a pharmacist, and her dad is a physical therapist.

Lauren Sullivan, unit adjunct librarian, has worked at ECC for four years, but her start here goes back much further. “I grew up in Elgin, doing children’s theatre. I have performed on the Blizzard stage.”
